Today the company facility and offices are located in Via Maiorise s.n.c. 81043 Capua (CE), close Capua Airport. Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecnam is a young company, with important experi-ence gained through its own employees. To perform its activities the company can count on about 150 employees, with a high percentage of highly skilled technicians and with an average age of 35 years. All personnel is fully qualified and participates to yearly training courses with the objective to improve and consolidate their own productivity related skills, in line with technology progress and with process and product innovation that are characteristics of the aerospace industry. In order to ensure compliance to applicable regulations, procedures and specification as defined by project drawings and documents, a Quality Management function is established in the company to guarantee that the Quality Management System meets ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN9100:2009 standards.
